As Herbalist..

For as long as I can remember, I would sit with trees and plants, to re-calibrate, re-source and re-wild... 
In a garden, a field, a forest. I would stand by a weed growing between bricks, or stare at the moss in the bus stop, reminding myself of what was constant, reliable, unstoppable. 
The Earth is a fertile, strong and patient place. 
Now the plants and the trees walk with me, my oldest friends, often the first to challenge or see right through me!

They've been with us through our entire existence, alongside, in relationship always. 
The plants and the trees share a wisdom that goes beyond the constraints of time and place. 
So do we. A wisdom that sits below the surface of our lives. 
My work seeks to uncover it, the more we engage the stronger the experience, the wider our senses grow...

That which we move towards in relationship, we protect from destruction, 
and we take into our hearts.
 Where things are harder to break.
